Ahmadis affected in floods neglected, Are we even Human.

I was just reading this story on Express Tribune which pointed out the horrendous task control of our authorities and local clerics which made locals feel like aliens. How ruthless and shit brained of us to do such a petty thing. Where we expect Americans and Britishers to help us we are not ready to help our own people because they are not Muslims. according to the news article some 500 people from an ahmadiya community were not given any aid and they were deprived of all government support in the region. Sigh now that i think of it i start to believe that we really have lost humanity that ever existed in us. Do you know half of all the food distributed to flood affectees has been donated by USAID. All Hollywood artists have been tweeting in favor of Pakistan although the image that terrorists from our country send abroad is not that good. People with a little humanity left in them think above all this and i feel sad and broken just writing about this shenanigan that our illiterate authorities and clerics are responsible for. FOR GOD SAKE people are dying of hunger and diseases please think over all this or even god would not be ready to help you. I guess people were right when they said that people living in west have more Islamic qualities then we really possess.

The Heat Wave of Russia and The Floods in Pakistan.

AS RUSSIA burns to a crisp, thousands of kilometres to the south-west torrential storms visit unprecedented flooding on Pakistan. Both events can be attributed to the same large-scale pattern of atmospheric circulation. They are also both the sort of thing climate scientists expect more of in a warming world.

The upper atmosphere (the part through which the jet streams run) is gently rocked by what are known as Rossby waves—movements of air towards and away from the poles. These waves usually travel east or west, depending on various conditions. But they can also stand still, trapping the weather beneath them.

According to Brian Hoskins, a climate scientist at the University of Reading, this year’s anticyclones in the Atlantic have produced just such a gridlock in the world of the Rossby waves, with persistent troughs of low pressure over western and central Europe, a ridge of high pressure over Russia, and lows again farther east. The air itself doesn’t necessarily sit still, but the pressure patterns which dominate the weather persist. The troughs have seen rain—producing serious floods in central and eastern Europe and catastrophic ones in Pakistan. The pronounced and persistent high over Russia has seen record temperature after record temperature.

Independence Day 2010, a different situation altogether.

Pakistani flood Just came back from the flag raising ceremony at my university and its a different situation altogether. It isnt a happy day neither it is a day that you can expect people to be getting all hyped up about. No ceremonies or crackers, rather its all about saving and donating. A sad day and year for our country indeed that now when it touches 63 we can feel the pain of this country at its peak. The floods that started rambling things around last month have left their mark and still messing up peoples daily lives. Central Punjab and NWFP being the worst hit were also one of the main food growers of Pakistan and all we can see of them is water and the sadness on the faces of our mothers, sisters and brothers. The flooding has devastated food security, infrastructure built over years and the lives of families that were normal just a month ago. A sad day, month and year it is but it also is an eye opener, a wake up call for all of us who are still sleeping and taking it easy. lets pick up the speed and volunteer where ever we can and put together as much support as we can. Because that is the only way to help them who need it the most at this moment. Overseas Pakistanis and foreigners who would like to help us can also do it through the google action commitee http://www.google.com/crisisresponse/pakistan_floods.html

Geo news banned for telling the truth about the shoe attacker (Get a life PPP and Zardari).

Although im not at all a fan of GEO and i absolutely hate the way they have taken up recent issues for example the airblue crash but freedom of speech within limits is what i stand for. Now the shoe was a reality, it was what really happened and no one can stop the truth so Zardari you can suck it whatever is that you are sucking abroad.

I have lived abroad and what i know for a fact is that whether its a muslim, jew or a christian and no matter where you belong you do get your chance to bring your idea and words forward. That is what we lack because we are scared shit of our politicians. No more shall that stand and the normal person shall break these shackles. What if channels are gone they cant take our web away (ofcourse they can block me) and i dont give an F this blog doesnt give me anything other than some social gratification.
